Job summary

Landmark Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Morrow, GA is seeking an experienced Internet/Fleet/BDC Manager to lead our BDC team. You will supervise daily operations, recruit and train staff, and optimize customer communications via email and phone.

Understanding buying profiles and driving results with CRM/DMS tools will be essential. You will prepare performance reports, listen to calls, and collaborate with other departments to align on marketing initiatives and dealership goals.

Qualifications

• Successful track record in Internet sales or dealership BDC management.
• Ability to manage high call volumes, internet leads and call lists.
• Knowledge of automotive sales and service department operations.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with dealership CRM and DMS systems.
• Experience in training teams and individuals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily BDC department operations.

• Run daily/weekly/monthly reports and track results; prepare call results reports for BDC staff.

Internet / Fleet / Business Development Center (BDC) Manager
