Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an International Treaty and Agreement Analyst to analyze complex international treaties and multilateral frameworks. You will monitor treaty language, identify obligations and compliance requirements, and prepare concise reports for technical and executive audiences.

  • Clearance: TS/SCI required.

International Treaty and Agreement Analyst

The Opportunity: As an operations analyst, you’re passionate about exploring the root cause of an issue and then analyzing, reporting, and developing recommendations for a creative solution. We need a research analyst like you to help us solve complex problems for our clients. As a member of our strategic deterrence and nuclear integration team, you’ll assist in the analysis of international frameworks, bilateral treaties, and multilateral agreements. In this role, you’ll use your passion to monitor complex treaty language to identify explicit obligations, and regulatory compliance requirements. You won’t go at it alone; you’ll work with a team of industry and government experts to evaluate international treaties, agreements, and multilateral frameworks to assess strategic impacts. Once documented, you’ll help summarize dense legal, political, and policy documents into clear, actionable reports for technical and executive audiences. Use your skills to aid in identifying potential compliance gaps or policy conflicts arising from international agreements. Join us. The world can’t wait.

You Have:
  • 1+ years of experience supporting analysis of international treaties, agreements, or multilateral frameworks
  • Experience summarizing legal or policy documents for technical or executive audiences
  • Knowledge of international relations theories, global governance structures, and multilateral negotiation processes
  • Ability to interpret treaty language, obligation, and compliance requirements
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy, or National Security Studies

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
