Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing with BSN.
• Minimum one year current acute care RN experience in a hospital setting.
• Minimum one year current acute care RN experience in SNF/rehab/ED as applicable for setting.
• Three years RN experience required for international roles.
• Preferred geriatrics experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition.
• Evaluate and revise care plans to meet outcomes.
• Coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing protocol.
• Provide teaching and educational materials to patients and families.
• Document patient and family understanding of teaching.
• Maintain professional growth through ongoing education.
