Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

• export controls administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security and Directorate of Defense Trade Controls; customs law, including entry, classification and valuation, and other matters within the jurisdiction of U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
• Additional subject matter experience with economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control and/or trade remedy investigations under U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty and safeguard laws is preferred.
