Job summary

Hexcel Corporation seeks an International Tax Manager in Stamford, CT to lead the global tax function, oversee provisions and compliance, and drive planning initiatives. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a proactive, improvement-focused mindset.

You will manage complex tax calculations, coordinate international filings, and mentor junior staff while contributing to treasury-related tax matters and process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA and/or master's degree in Taxation preferred.
• Minimum 4-6 years of international tax experience in Big Four or multinational corporate tax department.
• Experience with international tax modeling platforms for GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and related attributes.
• Proficiency with tax compliance and provision software; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual international tax provisions for non-U.S. entities in ASC 740 compliance.
• Oversee U.S. international tax compliance filings (Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118).
• Manage U.S. international tax calculations (GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, foreign tax credits).
• Lead OECD Pillar Two compliance including modeling, BEPS reporting, and filings.
• Manage foreign tax compliance and global filing calendar coordination.
• Coordinate transfer pricing compliance (Local/Master Files, CbC) and intercompany charges.
• Support FATCA, FBAR, and other international information reporting.
• Partner with Director to identify and implement international tax planning initiatives.
• Support treasury-related tax matters (cash repatriation, intercompany financing).
• Provide mentorship and training to junior staff; develop internal controls and processes.
