Sensiba LLP is seeking a Senior Tax Associate to develop expertise in International Tax. You will work directly with a Tax Partner on cross-border compliance, planning, and advisory projects, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.

The role is centered in the Tax department in the United States, with a compensation range of $76,000–$116,000 per year and opportunities to advance within a growing international tax practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or related field and CPA/EA eligibility.
• Master's in Taxation or related field preferred.
• Experience in public accounting with focus in taxation is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns for C corps, S corps, partnerships, and individuals.
• Perform tax research to ensure compliance and identify opportunities.
• Maintain client communications for long-term relationships.
• Oversee team work and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and support engagement management.
