Job summary

EEC Solutions is seeking an International SOF Support SME for J3-I to coordinate partner nation SOF support to U.S. operations and support development of international SOFCOP. The role requires close collaboration with USSOCOM, TSOCs, NATO SOF HQ, GCCs, and embassies to synchronize inputs and planning across multinational partners.

The candidate will manage J3I facilities, lead situation reports, and facilitate secure information exchanges. DoW Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 1+ year of combat/operational experience with ISAF or similar multinational SOF.
• 3+ years regional experience on GCC/TSOC staff within last 7 years.
• 1+ year experience in an international SOF environment.
• Experience with Foreign Disclosure and international partner information exchanges.
• Current DoW Secret clearance and eligibility for SCI access.

Responsibilities

• Identify, deconflict, synchronize, and coordinate international SOF requirements.
• Track partner nation and U.S. requests for SOF support, information, guidance, capabilities, and deployment status.
• Maintain a common operational picture of partner nation SOF operations and activities.
• Plan and execute coordination events with TSOCs, NATO SOF Headquarters, and partner nation SOF headquarters.
• Coordinate partner nation SOF inputs to various planning processes.
• Integrate partner nation SOF units into enterprise planning and develop assessment metrics.
• Coordinate with the Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) and track information-release requests.
• Integrate partner nation SOF into multinational planning and identify barriers to participation.
• Collect, synchronize, and publish operational situation reporting and identify senior-leader decision points.
• Manage daily operations of J3I secure collaboration facilities.
• Lead J3I situation report development and publishing.
• Perform closeout and escort duties.

EEC Solutions is looking for an International SOF Support SME for J3-I / International SOF Support.

Summary Of Responsibilities

The International SOF Support SME supports J3-I by coordinating partner nation (PN) SOF support to U.S. operations, addressing operational information gaps, and assisting in the development of the international Special Operations Forces Common Operational Picture (SOFCOP). The SME synchronizes requirements and partner-nation inputs across USSOCOM, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), components, NATO SOF Headquarters, Geographic Combatant Commands (GCCs), U.S. Embassies, Special Operations Liaison Officers (SOLOs), and partner nation SOF headquarters while supporting planning forums, information disclosure, situation reporting, and secure facility operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify, deconflict, synchronize, and coordinate international SOF requirements.
• Track partner nation and U.S. requests for SOF support, information, guidance, capabilities, and operational deployment status.
• Maintain a common operational picture of partner nation SOF operations and activities.
• Plan and execute coordination events with TSOCs, components, NATO SOF Headquarters, and partner nation SOF headquarters.
• Coordinate partner nation SOF inputs to GSOS, TRSF, SCAF, KLEs, senior leader seminars, and other planning processes.

• Integrate partner nation SOF into multinational planning and identify barriers to participation.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited university.

Required Experience

• Graduate of a U.S. SOF component selection and assessment program (e.g., U.S. Army Special Forces Qualification Course (SFQC), BUD/S, or equivalent).
• At least one (1) year of recent experience, within the last five (5) years, in combat/operational activities with ISAF or a similar multinational special operation.
• At least three (3) years of recent regional experience, within the last seven (7) years, as a member of a GCC or TSOC staff.
• At least one (1) year of experience in an international SOF environment.
• Experience with Foreign Disclosure and international partner information exchanges.

Required Certifications / Licenses

• Graduate of Joint Professional Military Education (JPME), an Intermediate Development Course, or a Senior Professional Military Education Course.
• Graduate of a U.S. SOF component selection and assessment program or equivalent.

Special Requirements

• Current DoW Secret clearance and eligible for SCI access.
