Job summary

Lukos in Tampa, FL is seeking an International SOF Information/Knowledge Management SME to support the J3-I mission and accelerate collaboration with international SOF partners.

The role requires 5 years in multinational information management, 1 year in portal development, 1 year in geospatial tools, and a current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. You will draft IM products, coordinate across USSOCOM, and manage calendars while ensuring proper information categorization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in library and information science with data science concentration or master’s degree in a management field concentrating on Information or Security.
• 5 years' experience in Business process and multinational information management.
• 1 year experience in portal development and management.
• 1 year experience in managing geospatial analysis tools; example: Microsoft Office info management tools, SOF Geospatial Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain interactive Information Management products enabling visual analysis of USSOCOM and DoW PN networks.
• Draft an IM plan and program describing how team members search, locate, meta-tag, file, and update information relevant to J3-I.
• Coordinate with USSOCOM staff elements, components, and TSOCs for a holistic view of PN SOF capabilities and authorities.
• Coordinate with J3-I reps from the OUS War for Intelligence BICES program to ensure SIPR and BICES consistency with Foreign Disclosure policies.
• Develop and maintain J3-I long and short-range calendars.
• Coordinate J3-I IM/KM plan and activities with Command Knowledge Management reps for SOCOM enterprise access.
• Perform close-out and escort duties as part of the Division's Security Procedure.
• Ensure information attained is clearly categorized by storage location and release permissions.

Minimum Qualifications Summary

Certification & Education

• Master's degree in library and information science with data science concentration from an American Library Association (ALA) accredited university and an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited university program or a master's degree in a management field concentrating on Information or Security

Experience Required

• 5 years' experience in Business process and multinational information management
• 1 year experience in portal development and management
• 1 year experience in managing geospatial analysis tools (Examples of tools required are Microsoft Office family of information management tools, SOF Geospatial Enterprise
• Current DOW Top Secret clearance and eligible for SCI access.

Job Objective

The purpose of this task is to provide support to the J3-I mission, accelerate collaboration and interoperability between international Special Operations partners to more effectively deter in competition, respond in crisis, and prevail in conflict.

• Coordinate J3-I IM/KM plan and activities with Command Knowledge Management reps to ensure consistency and access across the SOCOM enterprise.
• Perform close-out and escort duties as part of the Division's Security Procedure.
• Ensure that information attained is clearly categorized based on where it shall be stored and to whom it may be released.
