Atlean World seeks an ambitious International Recruitment Consultant to join its global network of freelancers. You will source, interview, and manage multilingual candidates across Europe, building your own network and client base while benefiting from an international recruitment company’s support.

You will work remotely, set your own goals, and earn via commission per candidate with potential fixed monthly earnings and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Experience in recruitment, sales or the BPO industry.

As an International Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates for multilingual positions across Europe. You will work independently while collaborating with Atlean World, taking ownership of your vacancies, candidates and results. Manage assigned vacancies in collaboration with Atlean World. Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media and networking. Conduct pre-screening and interview processes to evaluate candidate suitability. Present shortlisted candidates to the Atlean World internal recruitment team. Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement and satisfaction. Build and manage your own candidate network across international markets. Take initiative to identify new sourcing opportunities, markets and recruitment strategies. Track your performance and continuously work towards your personal and financial goals. Build your professional reputation through consistent results and quality recruitment.
