Job summary

CVS Health in the United States invites Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduates to join our pharmacy internship program. After completing the FPGEE and TOEFL, you will complete the required US internship hours to advance toward pharmacist licensure.

Under direct supervision, you will develop patient care skills, practice management know-how, and leadership capabilities while delivering safe, high‑quality care in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Pharmacist licensure in the state within 120 days of completing US Intern hours.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner and assist pharmacy/front store customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality per HIPAA and company standards.
• Process prescriptions including translation of SIG codes, labeling, and dispensing.
• Ensure inventory management and regulatory compliance within CVS SOPs.
• Lead and develop Pharmacy Support Staff and participate in training.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Doctorate (PharmD) or equivalent Pharmacist degree from a Non-US accredited school of pharmacy
