Job summary

Kaufland e-commerce Services GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Marketplace Partnerships professional to strategically grow markets and build strong alliances with e-commerce partners and software providers.

You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize partnership initiatives and drive growth across Kaufland's global marketplaces. The role involves collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Tech teams, plus representing the company at trade fairs.

Qualifications

• Completed business apprenticeship or university degree (Business Admin, Digital Business, Intl. Management).
• 2+ years in e-commerce/digital sector with account management, sales acquisition and B2B marketing expertise.
• Strong customer focus, proactive, and inspiring approach.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 min). German/Spanish/Italian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategically develop markets and position Kaufland Global Marketplace as a preferred partner.
• Build partnerships with key e-commerce partners and software integration providers.
• Strengthen existing partnerships with joint marketing and cooperation concepts.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to optimize partnership activities.
• Represent Kaufland Global Marketplace at trade fairs and events.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Customer Service, Marketing and Tech Development.
