The Research Analyst Program (RAP) at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is a two‑year entry‑level opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable experience in economic research and policy analysis. RAP participants support IMF economists by conducting research, managing data, and contributing to analytical projects before pursuing graduate studies.
