Aptar is seeking a InternationalCustomer Supply Analyst based in Mukwonago, WI this position is hybrid.

The International Customer Supply Analyst (International CSA) manages assigned strategic, complex, or high-impact B2B customer accounts with a high degree of autonomy. The role is accountable for end-to-end customer and order execution, including demand and forecast alignment, order management, inventory and supply coordination, risk identification, service recovery, and customer communication. The International CSA is expected to operate effectively when situations fall outside established processes or do not have a clear black-and-white answer. The position independently evaluates facts, business priorities, customer impact, and operational constraints; exercises sound judgment; develops practical options; and drives cross-functional alignment through resolution. The InternationalCSA serves as a trusted customer partner and internal subject-matter expert, anticipates issues before they affect service, and translates customer and operational information into actions that protect service, revenue, and long-term account value.

As a InternationalCSA, You Will
  • Independently own and manage assigned strategic or complex customer accounts, serving as the primary point of coordination for order execution, supply alignment, service performance, and account-related operational needs.
  • Exercise sound judgment in ambiguous or non-standard situations; assess available facts, customer impact, supply risk, cost, and business priorities to determine and execute an appropriate path forward.
  • Proactively anticipate customer, order, inventory, capacity, and supply risks; develop response options, align the appropriate stakeholders, and lead actions through sustainable resolution with limited day‑to‑day direction.
  • Own the order management process for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate order details, pricing, confirmations, status updates, allocation decisions, exception management, and timely follow‑through.
  • Analyze customer buying patterns, demand, forecasts, inventory, open orders, service trends, and account performance to identify risk, explain variances, and support S&OP and operational planning.
Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly accountable professional who can independently manage complex customer relationships, navigate ambiguity, and make sound business decisions that balance customer needs with operational priorities. They excel at problem‑solving, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration, serving as a trusted partner who anticipates risks, drives solutions, and consistently delivers exceptional customer service and business results.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
Key Performance Expectations
  • Operates autonomously within established authority and seeks leadership input when decisions exceed that authority or create material business risk.
  • Demonstrates ownership from issue identification through resolution, with clear communication, disciplined follow‑through, and no gaps in accountability.
  • Make balanced decisions that consider customer impact, service, revenue, inventory, capacity, cost, and long‑term business relationships.
Preferred Skills
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in customer service, customer supply, supply chain, planning, account operations, or a related field, preferably in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success independently managing complex, strategic, or high‑impact customer accounts.
  • Proven ability to work through ambiguity, evaluate competing priorities, exercise sound business judgment, and make timely decisions without relying on prescriptive direction.
