Seyfarth Shaw LLP, an international law firm with approximately 1000 attorneys, has an exciting opportunity in its Hong Kong office for an International Corporate and Commercial Associate with 4–6 years of transactional experience. You will be part of a consistently ranked Corporate practice group and work on IPOs, SFC compliance, and M&A matters.

Fluency in English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) is required.

Formación

• 4 to 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate finance, such as IPOs, SFC takeovers code, and listing rules compliance.
• General M&A and commercial experience.
• Some exposure to family law / trust law (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese).

You Have

As an associate in the Corporate Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. You have:

4 to 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate finance, such as IPO, SFC takeovers code, and listing rules compliance.

General M&A and commercial experience.

Some exposure to family law / trust law (preferred but not essential).
