Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in sophisticated international arbitration and cross-border dispute matters
  • Manage complex, high-value international litigation and arbitration proceedings
  • Develop case strategy and advise clients on the practical and commercial aspects of international disputes
  • Draft persuasive pleadings, submissions, legal memoranda, and arbitration filings
  • Conduct legal research and analyse complex international legal issues
  • Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions
  • Communicate directly with sophisticated client management teams and international stakeholders
  • Collaborate with partners and colleagues on high-profile, multinational matters
  • Support all stages of arbitration proceedings from case strategy through final resolution

A leading Global Am Law 20 law firm is seeking an International Arbitration Senior Associate with approximately 5 years of international disputes experience to join its highly regarded Miami International Arbitration practice.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with one of Miami's premier international arbitration teams, representing multinational clients in high-value, cross-border disputes and "bet-the-company" arbitration and litigation matters. Associates will play a key role in managing sophisticated international disputes while working alongside market-leading practitioners on cutting-edge, high-profile cases.
