Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses required or planned to be completed.
• Strong sales drive and proactive outreach.
• Experience analyzing data to create a business plan.
• Strong presentation, communication and organization skills.
• Ability to travel 5–10%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with External Sales counterparts to promote investment solutions across territories.
• Build relationships with Financial Advisors, RIAs, Bank Trusts, and broker-dealer channels.
• Execute targeted sales strategies and drive asset growth and profitability.
• Develop expertise in markets, products, and industry trends to support consultative sales discussions.
• Leverage data and firm resources to develop business plans and identify opportunities.
• Generate advisor meetings, product presentations, and portfolio manager discussions.
• Maintain CRM records and respond to product inquiries; ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and regulatory standards.
