Job summary

BaneCare is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Massachusetts to work with facilities on the Boston and South Shore areas. Earn up to $25/hr with competitive shift differentials and flexible scheduling. Internal Staffing Agency openings support up to 40 hours per week across multiple locations.

Join the BaneCare team and provide compassionate resident care at sites including John Scott House, Hancock Park, Bostonian, Harbor House, and Bay Path.

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA for at least 1 year in the state of Massachusetts
• Deliver compassionate and comprehensive care to facility residents
• Assist residents with ADLs and provide total care where needed
• Maintain safety of residents
• Ensure residents' rights are respected and they are treated with dignity

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and comprehensive care to residents in partner facilities
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide total care when required
• Maintain resident safety and monitor for changes in condition
• Respect residents' rights and ensure dignified, respectful treatment
