Job summary

Haley team is seeking a full-time Internal Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles for our lot and keep a safe, clean shop.

You will work closely with other technicians to deliver high-quality service, document all repairs, and communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle needs and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair a range of vehicle issues
• Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive tech degree preferred

About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time Internal Automotive Technician to join the Haley team. As an Internal Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles for our lot and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. You will work closely with other team members to provide high-quality service. Your expertise and attention to detail will be critical in ensuring the safety and reliability of our vehicles.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid and clean driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Automotive Technology
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification
• State Inspection License
• Experience with computer diagnostic systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities:

• Performing diagnostic tests on vehicles to identity problems
• Repairing or replacing parts as needed
• Maintaining accurate records of all repairs and services performed
