Job summary

RV Country in Mesa, AZ is seeking an RV Service Advisor to support our busy service department. You will create work orders, communicate with customers, and coordinate with technicians to keep repairs moving smoothly from diagnostic through invoicing.

The ideal candidate has service advisor experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous service advisor/writer experience required.
• RV service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create work orders, including working directly with the customer during the diagnostic, quoting, repair, and invoicing (or claim creation) processes.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and the service department to ensure clear communication and excellent service.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to schedule and track repairs efficiently.
• Review and verify all documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by keeping customers informed throughout the repair process and addressing questions or concerns promptly.
