Job summary

Snap Finance seeks an Internal Risk Manager to oversee the identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of compliance and operational risks across the organization. This role partners with business leaders, Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Compliance to drive remediation, risk assessment activities, control development, and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or Risk Management.
• 3+ years of experience in Compliance, Operational Risk Management, Internal Audit, Risk and Controls, or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, RCSA methodologies, issue management and control design.

Responsibilities

• Oversee identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of compliance and operational risks.
• Partner with Audit, Risk, Compliance and business teams to drive remediation and governance.
• Lead risk assessments for new products and initiatives and maintain the risk inventory.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance control documentation and mapping between risks, controls, policies, and procedures.
