CLA – CliftonLarsonAllen is seeking an Internal OperationsIntern for the Charlotte/Raleigh locations. This part-time internship (~20 hours a week) starts January 2027 and ends April 2027. You will review and organize client tax documents, assist with intake, ensure documentation is tracked, and support tax document processing and e-filing.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; strong preference.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Review and organize client incoming tax documents.
• Assist with intake of tax information and prepare for routing.
• Ensure all client documents are tracked and kept current.
• Organize, scan and process tax documents.
• Assemble client tax returns following established procedures.
• Assist team in meeting government deadlines.
• E-filing and other final delivery steps.
• Assist with preparation of informational tax documents.
• Provide general operational support as requested.
