Job summary

Northside Hospital in Georgia is seeking an Internal Medicine Faculty Member to join the ACGME-accredited residency program. The position offers outpatient and inpatient teaching in a high acuity trauma center.

You will supervise residents, contribute to academic activities, and maintain an MD or DO license with BC/BE in Internal Medicine, DEA, and Georgia licensure. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8a-5p with light call, in a collegial group with opportunities to develop academic interests.

Qualifications

• MD or DO is required and must have completed an Internal Medicine residency.
• BC/BE in Internal Medicine and DEA certification are required.
• Active and unrestricted Georgia medical license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Teach residents in a well-established internal medicine residency program.
• Work both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Participate in academic and faculty activities and scholarly work.
• Maintain schedule: 8a–5p with light call.
