Job summary

Benefis Health System in Great Falls, MT, seeks a board-certified Internal Medicine physician to join our residency program as core faculty. The primary role is to supervise residents in our Internal Medicine residency clinic and contribute to the program's learning environment.

Qualifications

• Board-certified internal medicine physician with outpatient experience.
• Experience supervising residents in a residency program preferred.
• Interest in scholarly activities and resident wellness.

Responsibilities

• Teach and precept internal medicine residents in the continuity clinic.
• Work with program leadership to enhance curriculum and mentoring.
• Participate in scholarly activities and resident wellness initiatives.
• Serve on IM residency program committees and evaluation committees.
• Guide residents on ambulatory quality improvement projects.
• Teach ambulatory procedures (injections, I&D, WWE, biopsy).
• Assist with residency applicant recruitment and interviews.
• Full time, or reduced FTE based on preferences.
