Endeavor Health Medical Group in Evanston, IL is seeking an exceptional Internal Medicine physician for a full-time practice opportunity within a comprehensive, fully integrated healthcare delivery system.

The successful candidate will have completed an Internal Medicine residency and be board certified or eligible by the ABIM. Academic appointment is available through the Pritzker School of Medicine at the University of Chicago.

Qualifications

• Illinois medical license or license pending.
• Completed Internal Medicine residency and board certified or eligible by ABIM.
• Practice location at Evanston, IL (1000 Central Street).
