NP Now, LLC in Goldsboro, NC is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join a mid‑sized, award‑winning health system. The role focuses on preventive and chronic care with a busy outpatient clinic.

Clinic operates M-F 8am‑5pm with EPIC EMR, dedicated staff, and opportunities to mentor APPs. Open to H1B/J1 visa sponsorship.

Base salary $230k–$250k with an additional $25k quality bonus, sign-on and relocation assistance, plus health insurance, retirement plan and PTO.

Qualifications

• Board Certified / Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician.
• Eligible for NC state medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care including physicals, preventive care, and annual exams.
• Manage chronic health conditions and preventive care.
• Perform sick visits and immunizations.
• Provide acute walk-in care.
• Clinic operates M-F 8am-5pm with dedicated support staff and EPIC EMR.

Schedule: M-F: 8am-5pm Clinics staffed with Family, Internal, and Pediatric physicians along with APP support staff. Each physician has elbow support with a dedicated MA and RNs throughout the practice to assist. Open to physicians precepting/mentoring APPs if interested. That opportunity is compensated for.

Average Daily Volume: 18 Patients Per Day
