NP Now, LLC invites an Internal Medicine Physician to join our Statesville, NC practice (about 40 minutes from Charlotte). This employed role offers a 2-year guaranteed package with incentive bonuses, CME allowance, and paid malpractice coverage.

You will provide patient-centered primary care, collaborate with a network of 27 practices and 48 providers, and participate in quality improvement programs to continually enhance community health in the Lake Norman area.

Qualifications

• NC Medical License and DEA.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility.
• Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities.
• Experience working in a team of healthcare professionals.
• Commitment to inclusive patient care.

Responsibilities

• The Physician will work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members.
• Provide patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services consistent with a value-based care model.
• Conduct regular health assessments, diagnose and treat common illnesses, and manage chronic conditions.
• Actively participate in practice quality improvement programs and evaluate practice performance metrics.
