Qualifications

• Training from an accredited Internal Medicine Program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted NC Medical License or the ability to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and primary care to adults 18+ with focus on risk factor modification.
• Perform on-site services and coordinate care using on-site imaging and labs.
• Engage in patient education and manage chronic health conditions.
