Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center in Windsor, VT, seeks a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join the Primary Care team. The role includes 32 clinical hours per week plus 8 administrative hours, with outpatient call coverage and a rotating weeknight/weekend schedule.

The practice serves ~10,500 patients with a strong Medicare presence, supported by a care team and evidence-based practices in a community-focused setting.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a 4-year accredited medical school or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide acute and preventive care as well as chronic disease management for adult patients.
• Participate in team-based care with nurses, medical assistants and care coordinators.
• Offer outpatient call coverage with modest weeknight and weekend rotation.
