Qualifications

• MD/DO with board-certified or -eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Experience delivering outpatient primary care in diverse settings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in quality assurance and peer review programs.
• Supervise advance practice providers on-site and remotely as needed.
• Engage in community and hospital affiliations when required.
