Sentara Medical Group in Williamsburg, VA is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our established full-time practice at the New Town clinic. Flexible hours; call is minimal and triaged by an RN.

Our collegial team provides 1:1 staff support and seamless access to Sentara specialists across a broad network. We offer a guaranteed base salary with annual incentives, productivity bonuses, and sign-on and starting bonuses.

Sentara Medical Group has an Internal Medicine opening in Williamsburg, VA at our New Town clinic. Join Sentara's established practice working full-time with flexible hours. Call is minimal, phone only and triaged first 24/7 by an RN.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $256,505.60 - $353,808.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
