Eastern North Carolina Medical Group - Middlesex, located in Nash County, is a full‑service family practice, treating both children and adults. Our care team provides compassionate and personalized care. We offer same‑day appointments and online scheduling.

We are slated to open a brand‑new Medical Office Building in 2026 and looking to expand our Primary Care services by hiring additional physicians into the practice.

We will entertain BE/BC Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or Med/Peds providers.
