Summit Medical Group is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join Legacy Primary Care in Hermitage, TN. Board-certified or board-eligible candidates are encouraged to apply. The practice will relocate to a new facility at Mt.

Juliet in 2027 as part of Legacy Primary Care’s expansion. You will provide comprehensive primary care, work with a collaborative team, and contribute to preventive health for a large patient panel.

August 1, 2026 marks two years since Hermitage Primary Care joined Summit Medical Group, and we have exciting news to celebrate. The coming year will bring a new chapter as we become Legacy Primary Care and relocate to our new, expanded facility at 113 Bear Crossing in Mt. Juliet, with an anticipated opening date of January 11, 2027.
