Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is seeking an Internal Medicine physician (MD/DO) to join our Caldwell location in a brand-new 60,000+ sq ft facility. Both full-time and part-time options are available, with a schedule of 34 patient contact hours for full-time and a call shared with other FM providers (approx. 1:40).

The Caldwell Health Plaza offers extended services and on-site labs. Requirements include MD/DO, completion of an ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency, board certification or

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Accredited Internal Medicine residency (ACGME/AOA) completed.
• Board certified or eligible within 3 years of employment.
• Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine.
• Valid DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal medicine care at Caldwell Health Plaza and SAMG facilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in on-site diagnostics and preventive services.
• Maintain licensure, credentialing and regulatory compliance.
