Qualifications

• MD or DO with BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Georgia medical license or eligibility.
• Epic EMR experience.
• Ability to provide primary care for all ages or 12+.
• Mon-Fri schedule; typically 7am-6pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide Well Visits, Annual Exams, Sick Visits, Sports Physicals, Vaccinations & Immunizations.
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients across ages.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
