Qualifications

• BC Internal Medicine physician with Colorado license.
• Experience in inpatient/outpatient internal medicine settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Round on patients in Long-Term Acute Care and Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Deliver comprehensive internal medicine care in a collaborative, team-based environment.
• Participate in flexible scheduling to meet community needs in Northern Colorado.
