Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our Western Suburbs team. This full-time outpatient role includes 36 patient care hours and 4 administrative hours, with call shared, and EPIC EMR.

Qualifications

• Illinois medical license or license pending.
• Completed internal medicine residency and ABFM board certification or eligibility.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR and team-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical patient care by interviewing, examining, and treating adults.
• Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and early detection.
• Collaborate with physicians to ensure continuous availability of care.
• Determine referrals and urgency of follow-up.
• Prescribe treatments and order studies as needed.
• Document all services in the medical record.
• Participate in quality improvement and teaching activities.
• Oversee mid-level and nursing staff as assigned.
