Jackson Physician Search represents a well established private practice in the West Philadelphia metro seeking an internist who can provide compassionate, high-quality care to the community. Joining a growing team of 5 physicians and 23 APPs that has led the area for 20+ years, you will practice in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

This full-time opportunity offers a guaranteed base salary plus production incentives and growth potential, with 3–5 day work weeks, limited weekend calls,

Responsibilities

• Provide internal medicine care to a varied patient panel.
• Manage call schedule with a limited weekend commitment (approx. 6 weekends/year).
• Collaborate with EPIC EMR, DAX AI Scribe, MAs and APPs to optimize workflow.
• Maintain high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced clinic.
