Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care as part of a collaborative community health team in Riverside, CA. The role focuses on high-quality patient care, direct outpatient services, and coordination with nurses, scribes and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Medicine is required.
• California medical license in good standing is required.
• DEA registration and CPR certification required.
• Internal medicine experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a patient-centered care team.
• Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and ethical manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct outpatient internal medicine care to adult patients.
• Administer or prescribe treatments, medications, immunizations and preventive care plans.
• Conduct physical examinations and assess patient symptoms, medical history and overall health status.
• Order and review tests, diagnostic imaging and clinical findings to guide treatment plans.
• Refer patients to specialists when needed and follow up on high-risk or emergency cases.
• Work closely with nurses, medical assistants, scribes and care team members to support patient outcomes.
• Document patient visits, diagnoses, treatment plans and follow-up care accurately.
