Job summary

NP Now, LLC in Suwannee, GA, is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join a 100% physician-owned practice offering AI-powered technology and a focus on adult primary care (18+). The schedule is Mon-Fri 8:00–17:00 with potential four-day weeks, call minimal, and a patient load around 20 per day.

Compensation includes a base salary of $300,000 to $400,000 per year, 30% of billing above $900,000, a signing bonus of $25,000, relocation support, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified Internal Medicine physician.
• Georgia State Medical License required.
• Experience or new-grad physicians welcome.
• Preference for ties to the area and long-term employment.
• Bedside manners, customer service, flexibility and compassion are essential.
• Knowledge of ICD codes and E/M guidelines.
• This is not a visa sponsorship role.

Responsibilities

• Manage adult patients with chronic and acute illnesses, focusing on preventive care.
• Clinic operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with potential four-day week.
• Minimal call responsibilities handled by a phone service.
• Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR and Dragon Medical One for dictation.
