MercyOne Central Iowa Medical Group in Des Moines area seeks a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician for an outpatient-focused practice in Clive. The position offers a two-year income guarantee, a $150,000 recruitment incentive, paid malpractice, and a 403B with employer match.

CME allowance of $6,000 and 31 days of annual time off are included, with call 1:7 (phone only). Teaching IM residents and medical students is part of the role, with access to on-site lab and X-ray services.
