Spencer Britt is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join a multispecialty team in central North Dakota. The role features an established patient population, a Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

schedule, and a collaborative environment with Family Medicine, APPs, Behavioral Health, and other specialties. The position offers a base compensation of $361K+ with additional compensation possibilities through bonuses and incentives, and an excellent benefits package.

Position Highlights:

• Assume an established Internal Medicine patient population


• Join a collaborative multispecialty team including Family Medicine physicians, APPs, Behavioral Health, General Surgery and Physical Therapy


• Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule


• Average 18–20 office patients per day


• Weekday and weekend call with approximately 1:11 weekend call


• Work alongside a strong team of physicians, advanced practice providers and clinical support staff


• Modern hospital and clinic facilities


• Hospital equipped with laboratory, X-ray and ultrasound services

Compensation & Benefits:

• $361K+ base compensation
