Job summary

Baptist South Internal Medicine, part of Baptist Health of Northeast Florida, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician in Jacksonville, FL. You will have strong support from a broad-based system to deliver high-quality care to your patients.

Expect a competitive guaranteed salary of $260,000+ based on experience, a $20,000 signing bonus, and a retention bonus in year two. Shared call, Epic EHR, and a thriving physician-led network support your practice.

Qualifications

• MD or DO is required.
• Board Certification or eligibility required.
• Active/unrestricted medical license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Family Medicine care with Baptist Health support.
• Maintain an average of 15–17 patients per day.
• Participate in shared call schedule.
• Use Epic EHR system for patient records.
