Qualifications

• Utah medical license required/eligible.
• Board Certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.
• Proper credentialing prior to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal medicine evaluations and management, follow-up and medication management.
• Develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Manage patient charts in the EMR (eClinicalWorks) and participate in group call coverage.
