Job summary

Defense Health Agency at Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA, seeks a Physician Assistant (Internal Medicine) to provide inpatient and outpatient IM care, perform exams, order tests, develop treatment plans, and coordinate multidisciplinary care.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Graduation from an ARC-PA accredited PA program.
• Successful NCCPA certification and CME/compliance.
• Current PA licensure in a US state, DC, PR, Guam or USVI.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient internal medicine care with comprehensive workups and exams.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and specialty consults.
• Diagnose conditions, craft therapeutic plans, and prescribe medications.
• Coordinate care across wards, step-downs and ICU with documentation.
