Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, is hiring an Internal Medicine Physician to join a physician‑led, team‑based model across 28 locations in eastern Massachusetts. You’ll partner with hospital teams, community specialists, and skilled nursing facilities to deliver evidence‑based care.

Qualifications

• BC/ BE in Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
• Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts or ability to obtain prior to start
• Active MCSR & DEA or ability to obtain prior to start
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain prior to start

Responsibilities

• Provide care across the continuum focusing on value-based care in a team-based setting
• Collaborate with hospital partners, community specialists, and skilled nursing facilities
• Integrate behavioral health into primary care teams
• Offer flexible scheduling and participate in a state-of-the-art EMR environment
