Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing internal medicine care to a mix of patients from young adults to elderly.
• Collaborate within a team-based care model with 5 MDs, 1 NP and Medical Assistants.
• Work a 4-day clinical week with emphasis on work-life balance and quality care.
