The locations are about two hours from Dallas and Little Rock. Compensation Package

• Income guarantee: $265,000 per year starting base, with potential to earn $300,000–$350,000 after year1.
• Sign‑on bonus: $50,000–$75,000 with a three‑year commitment.

• Loan repayment or retention: $25,000 per year, 100% paid.
