Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic in Northern Arizona seeks an Internal Medicine Physician for an outpatient practice. You will manage chronic adult conditions, provide culturally sensitive care, and help shape clinic workflows with no on-call duties.

Job description

Role: Internal Medicine Physician for outpatient practice in Northern Arizona.

Responsibilities: Provide culturally sensitive, quality care to diverse communities, manage complex adult chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, rheumatology, infectious diseases, and obesity. Build and shape clinic workflows, ensure continuity of care, and optionally precept residents. Maintain work-life balance with no call duties and flexible clinic days.
