Job summary

Salem Clinic in Salem, Oregon, seeks a full-time Internal Medicine physician for an outpatient primary care role. You will join a collegial team with access to in-house laboratory and imaging services, and a physician-owned model that encourages clinician input in practice direction.

Compensation ranges from $275,000 to $400,000 per year, with the potential to exceed that through additional earning opportunities.

This is a full-spectrum, outpatient position where you will care for a wide range of patients. You can expect a highly collegial, fast-paced and supportive team environment that includes access to full-scope and in-house laboratory and imaging services. As a physician-owned clinic, ideal candidates will be eager to work closely with the entire organization and become active participants in how the practice operates.
