Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking a Board-certified or eligible physician to provide outpatient primary care focused on preventive care for Medicare Advantage seniors in Jacksonville and Orlando, FL. The physician will work with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include well visits, proactive outreach, urgent care, and care coordination using EMR, ICD-10 coding, and STAR measures. A Florida license, CPR, and TB testing clearance are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO licensed to practice in Florida.
• Experience with EMR, ICD-10 coding and value-based care metrics.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• G-Suite and database literacy.
• CPR certification and TB test completed.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care with prevention focus.
• Manage small patient panels, 12-15 patients daily.
• Conduct well visits, proactive outreach, same-day urgent care, and TCM.

Primary Care Physician in outpatient settings, focusing on Medicare Advantage senior patient populations in Jacksonville and Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care with an emphasis on prevention and maintenance.
• Manage smaller patient panels, typically seeing 12-15 patients daily, with fewer visits per day.
• Conduct well visits, proactive outreach, same-day urgent care, and transitional care management.
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR), ICD-10 coding, and STAR measures to ensure quality care.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver 5-star patient service and improve health outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Medical Doctorate (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) with a license to practice in Florida.
• Knowledge of EMR systems, ICD-10 coding, and value-based care metrics.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy in G-Suite and database programs.
• Up-to-date CPR certification and successful completion of a TB test.

Requirements

• Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine specialization preferred.
• DEA license and valid Florida medical license.
• Full-time availability with Monday to Friday hours, no hospital work required.
